About Us
SHINE is a second generation, family -owned and operated, SWAM certified window cleaning business. SHINE has been serving the southside and peninsula of Hampton Roads since 1998 and extends its services from North Carolina to Richmond.
SHINE implements standards for window cleaning as set by the IWCA, ANSI, and OSHA.
The owner used his skills and training from the Navy SEALS and local fire department to design an extensive education and safety program that has resulted in over one million rappels without serious injury or death.
We pride ourselves in our ability to complete jobs that other companies can’t or will not do. Impossible is not in our job description.
