Anyone looking to maximize their time in the gym and improving their fitness will find a home at S3E CrossFit. Guaranteed. There is an athlete inside every person that walks through the doors. Inciting Your Riot will unleash that athlete and fuel your physical and mental greatness. S3E’s CrossFit program is built on four pillars: Strength is key to getting results; Speed and Stamina are essential to healthy living; Endurance is paramount to making that life a long lasting one. Walking through the doors is the hardest part. When you take that first step, we got you the rest of the way.

CrossFit Classes

CrossFit classes are the backbone of what we do at S3E Performance Fitness. In a small group setting, we will coach you through an hour-long session (warm-up, skill work, WOD, mobility, etc.) alongside some of the best friends and family you’ve EVER had in a gym. You will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, simple gymnastics and bodyweight movements. You will always receive instruction from a certified and experienced coach and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.

PERSONAL TRAINING

For many people, our group classes are everything they need to meet their goals. Yet the group classes are not the ideal solution to every person and situation. Whether you feel that need a long-term one-on-one approach, have very specific needs or goals, or just feel the need for more personalized instruction, personal training may be your best option. We will work with your schedule to conduct these one-hour, one-on-one sessions to help you reach your goals in the most effective, safest environment possible.

FIT 4 LIFE

A brand new program designed for our senior community and those looking for a more modified approach to CrossFit. The target ages is 65+ but we use that age very loosely. This program is designed for a small group setting where we will coach you through an hour-long session that will focus on mobility/flexibility, balance and coordination, stamina, strength and power. Our goal is to enhance your ability to perform daily tasks.
