We’ve been serving up bold flavor and quality meats to the hungry folks of the Hampton Roads, North Carolina, and the Eastern Shore for 36 years. Perfecting recipes is what we do, and our specialty is roasting entire pigs over Kingsford Charcoal.
We cater to our customers completely, both in service and in flavor.
Our special sauce is made with Apple Cider Vinegar, and we’ve painstakingly perfected our recipe for more than pork—we grill our chicken for two and a half hours for tenderness that has to be tasted to be believed.
Starting out as a catering company, most of our business came from repeat customers. Folks just craved the Pig Shop BBQ flavor when they got together, so we started adapting our recipes and expanding our menus. We work with our customers because we want you to enjoy every bite.
