One 60-Minute Custom Foot Reflexology Session with a Head, Shoulder, and Arm Massage and a Hot-Stone Treatment

Please call your desired location to make appointment for your session and let them know you have a gift certificate for the session.

Feeling tired or stressed? Relax the Feet invites you to step away from your busy life and take a moment to experience total relaxation as we put your mind and body at ease through our signature reflexology Services. Reflexology is the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, head, and hands to help you relax, de-stress and refresh. It is also an effective way to reduce muscle tension, pain, and anxiety among other health benefits. Visit either of our Locations in Greenbrier or General Booth

During this treatment, clients relax in a large, comfortable chair while their feet are soaked in hot water with mineral salts. Then the reflexologist applies pressure to the head, neck and shoulders, followed by the feet, ankles, and calves. This process is accompanied by soothing music and nature sounds. The treatment is designed to reduce stress, pain, and anxiety while improving circulation and restoring balance to the body.

Dry Massage available only at:
5234 Fairfield Shopping Center, Virginia Beach, VA 23464
Phone 757-822-6338
Dry Massage is a relaxing therapy that does not use any oils or lotion. Instead you are fully clothed and it's performed using deep compressing and rhythmic pressing. The pressure, tension, and motion or vibration movements used during massage improve regional blood circulation.
